Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
USA: 7–12 business days
UK & EU: 7–10 business days
Canada, Australia & International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
For international orders, shipping options and rates may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout when available.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country or region.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@tryeuvra.com with your order number.
We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible. EUVRA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
